Mine is the legendary "Annie Hall" I am trying to see every film but I have to wait for netflix to send them to me...Ugh! I was wondering what were your favorite movies of his? Do you agree with his theories on life i.e. "short and meaningless"? I see his point but I don't think it's harsh if you make the best out of it. How many movies has he done? I counted 36. Also, if you're from Florida where is "Midnight In Paris" going to be playing because I just couldn't find a theater that carries his movies when I wanted to see them in the past. I live in the Tampa Bay Area. Thanks.

Quoting Mir (Reply 1): "Curse of the Jade Scorpion".
I usually don't like Woody Allen movies, but I liked that one.

I'm a huge fan of his work in cinema. In his old movies my favourites are Manhattan, Bananas, take the money and run, Manhattan Murder Mistery. I the more recents, Deconstructing Harry, The Curse of the Jade Scorpion (Helen Hunt is amazing), Hollywood Ending, Matchpoint, Vicky Christina Barcelona.

I was a fan of his earlier movies which were more all-out comedies. I thought Sleeper was hilarious. Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex had some good gags too. Annie Hall is still my favorite Woody Allen movie though

The first one I ever saw, "Take the Money and Run", is my favorite. "Bananas" is runner up.
