Help With Gmail On The Ipad2

I have gmail set up in Mail on my iPad 2, but I can't figure out how to fix this problem. The problem is that when I open up mail it has the e-mail selected/opened that I last looked at, instead of the latest e-mail received. The times where I open up my iPad after a full day I have to scroll all the way to the top. Is there a way to change it so that I am automatically at the top when I open up Mail?

Ahh, perfect, thanks! Is there a way to set it up to go to the top automatically upon opening?
