In my very personal opinion William is not aging well, however, Harry is a handsome fella. My vote goes to Harry.
That being said I think Harry and William should both bulk up a bit, they look thin. I do think William will make a good King though, if he ever gets to that point, and Kate will make a very beautiful Queen- much better looking than he current Queen.

I like men who aren't too bulked up, so they both look great to me. In my opinion, (with what I have been told is weird taste in men), Englishmen are some of the world's sexiest guys. I don't know if it's the accent, the imperfect teeth, or the pale skin. Either way, like Doc, I'd have them both. But, if I could only choose one, Harry. There's just something about gingers that make them age so well and get sexier as they get older. While still good-looking, William seems to be morphing into his father (not a good thing) while Harry just keeps getting better and better.

I know! It's odd how William so strongly resembled his mother when he was younger, yet now he looks more and more like his father every day. Prince Charles might be a great guy on any number of levels, but cute he ain't.

Indeed. Harry seems to be losing the faintly impish look he had when he was younger and is turning in to quite a handsome man.
Looks aside, William has always seemed to be quite a bit more serious and reserved than Harry which is perfectly understandable considering his future position in the world. While "serious" and "reserved" are definitely qualities one can appreciate in a (future) world leader, they're not exactly the first qualities one would look for in a date or a drinking buddy.
So to answer who I'd rather, I'll take Harry over William any day.

I actually like their physiques - Harry's more so than William's, because they're both tall and quite toned without being overbearing or too bulky (which is what we see here a lot in Dubai...worse yet short and bulky...with very spiky gelled hair...ugh)

There's just something about him, he's more than just good looking, his demeanor and his personality are very appealing to me. He reminds me of Princess Diana in that way. He also seems to be great with kids from what I see, which is great as well and reminiscent of Diana.

Agreed. The fact that he served in Afghanistan and took no special treatment also makes him more sexy in my eyes. Those photos of him from his time there also help

Totally spot on! William's quickly receding and thinning hair doesn't help either unfortunately.

Yes it is rather odd isn't it. Do you notice that their accents are quite different as well? William's is a lot like Charles', super posh.

Yes this is true - Diana often said she believed Harry would make a better king than William (though how old were they when she said this I wonder) - in fact her nick name for Harry was "My Good King Harry". That said part of Harry's charm is the fact that he can do a lot of the things William can't because of his position relative to William's.
