I think it will be Afghanistan. Or Iraq. I'm putting all my money on those Iraqis.

The odds at the moment for those inclined to gamble,

$3.75 Brazil
$5.50 Italy
$6.50 Spain
$7 Argentina
$10 England
$12 France, Germany
$25 Portugal
$50 Russia, Denmark, Sweden
$66 Korea, Senegal, Cameroon, Croatia
$80 Mexico, Belgium, Ireland
$100 Japan, Turkey, USA

I backed Spain 4 months ago at 18-1 so I am happy so far. For some outside money I like the look of Sweden ...

UK to win the world cup? Hmm...that sounds fishy cos there's no such team as the UK!  Nuts

I think it will be Brazil or Italy although I want the mighty England to win it.

Originally, I was gunning for China. But since they are about to get eliminated from the tournament, I'm gonna root for Mexico to win. I'm a big fan of Luis Hernandez and Cuahtemoc(sp?) Blanco.

Sorry to burst your bubble Big grin  Wink/being sarcastic, but China IS already eliminated, following Turkey´s draw against Costa Rica. They can win 20-0 and still have to leave.

Argentina are by no means progressing into the next round. They have to beat Sweden, which is not easy, and considering their previous two performances I can't really see them pulling it off.

I'd probably put my money on Brazil, or Senegal Big grin

If France beats Denmark at least 2-0, then they have a chance. They're still not in the competition (it's about time they wake up).

Well, as Ricardo said I’m also with the Mexican selection, and it would be great for us to win the world cup but, that could happened or not,
My second selection is GERMANY I would like them to be the World Champions, the already did it 3 times ago, why not a 4th?
Well, and of America I think Brazil,
But my favourite selection is Germany,
Go GERMANY GO

I’m with Mexico; we already won 2 matches, and why not, let Italy out of the World Cup just we need to win 1-0 that would be in the history
Mexico disqualifies Italy!!

Well we need to see that match this Thursday
MEXICO LEST’S GO!!

Best Regards
