Fantastic dish......The Vada pav.....currently selling at Rs 8/- , gone are those Rs 2/- ones.But a fantastic dish neverthe less......I bet no one can just eatt one & say enough.

The ones on the street are the best though.....

Thats the price at the street seller.....In Restraunts it would be 2-3times the cost but taste no where in comparism

I agree! Street food is best eaten on the spot - bhel puri, golgappas and so on!

I remember staying at a 5 star in 2005 in MAA & eating the Idlis at the adjacent street vendor as it was soft & melting compared to the ones at the 5 star.
Often wondered why the 5 star hotel never hired the street vendor to work for them

As students, we would go to Woodlands in MAA; best butter masala dosa and idlis in the world!
