Ok, folks, we just visited makeup, now let's touch on the nails.
It seems to me there's a lot more women getting their nails done these days.
It seems to be a racket. My friend says his GF quite often hits him up for $50 to get her nails done.
However they seem to be using a lot of different colors and different applications these days that can be quite nice.
What do you fellas think of it?
As for me, I tend to like the tomboy type of girl which means no nail polish, but I also find it pretty attractive if they get their nails done (and put on makeup) for a special occasion a few times a year.

I am not one for the fancy manicures, french nails or acrylics, but good grooming is always appreciated.
That said my GF has a bit of a nail polish collection, I'd say she has several dozen bottles of various colors. Some of which look the same, but she insists they are different (she is a painter and knows her colors and can quickly point out how they are different in often excruciatingly technical terms). Because she has weak finger nails, they tear/chip easily, she basically needs to keep them painted for them to stay long and not break. Plus she has good taste so she doesn't do anything that is garish or ugly.

But can't STAND listening to girls yak on about where they got their nails done....how much it cost....how long they last for....what type they are....omg stfu. That's all I heard in my college course last year...& no it wasn't a beauticians course!
But yeah I do get envious of pretty nails

My girl is a pilot/mechanic, so fancy nails would be impractical. Between the solvent, avgas, and grease, a manicure would not last long. I don't mind one bit. Much better than hearing the minor panic attacks that happen when some girls chip their polish.

Well, I don't care about it, to be honest. If she wants to get her nails done, she should do it. The only thing I don't like, is when she is not willing to help, because she is scared, that it will ruin her nails.

I am a sucker for hot women with CFM feet: narrow, high arches and pedi toes. A good mani is cool too. I do not care for that urban style/ fad from the 80's/90's where the women grew their finger nails as long as the fuselodge on a Boeing 747!
