Odd Dishes You Think Would Taste Good

I wonder, what odd dish would you come up with that you think would taste good?

My idea would be a pie with a layer of strawberry and and a layer of melted mozzarella cheese. I never tried it, but I think it sounds good. What do you think?

I guess it depends on what your definition of "odd" is. Something normal in Malaysia may be disgusting to most Americans...something amazing to Americans might be freakishly awful to Chinese...etc. etc. etc.

Me? I personally love pig intestines, stir fried with a bunch of hot peppers in pure Sichuanese fashion...mmmmmm.
