It appears that a women there, was smoking a cigarette in a non-smoking zone. When an airport worker asked her to put out the cigarette, well, this women then stripped completely naked.

There should be a "public ugliness ordinance" that requires fat / unattractive people to cover up as much as possible, and allows police to arrest them for showing too much flab.

I couldn't agree with you more. That suggestion also has health benefits as it would force people to eat properly, exercise and groom themselves more in order to avoid arrest.

If by 'therapy', you mean, "the emotional shock caused by all the boys' parents after their butts were beat from trying to get a closer look," then I totally agree.
