So, most of the shows I enjoy watching have now come to a close for the year:

I don't want to give out spoilers for those not on the East coast or around the globe

Hawaii 5-0: Lets just say I will be looking forward to the season next year with the cliffhanger presented
NCIS: Didn't seem like the typical season finale, but good none the less
NCIS LA: WOW, did not see that ending coming.

How bout anyone else. Are your favorite shows getting renewed, was the finale not what you expected?

Sadly CSI Miami got the ax. I thought it had at least another season left. I've noticed that many of this years finales feature the "death of loss" of a character. With Hawaii 5-0 they had a hot blonde chick the first several episodes. Whatever happened to her? 5-0 has grown on me. At first I never thought this "reboot" would make it but I was wrong. Grace Park is a hottie and the hippo shrimpster sumo wrestler adds comedy to the show.

Despeate Housewives- Good riddance and not soon enough.
Two Broke Girls: A funny new show and I think the skinny blonde Beth Behrs has a nice set of long gorgeous gams. She's a hottie. And Superfly, would be pleased with Kat Dennings with her baby fat squeezability cuteness.

Two and a Half Men did OK with Kutcher. Mike and Molly grew on me. I especially like Molly's whorey sister. Mikes trucculant mom with her ugly cute doggy and Molly's hot momma's funky fiance with his Chicago accent. Also Mike's partner and his hippo grandma make up a cool ensemble.

Amazing Race had a good season as usual. Survivor takes itself too seriously. Howard Stern should be a hoot on AGT. One of the few things worth watching at NBC.

60 Minutes hangs in there when they are not doing story after story on Afganistan, the Mid East and the endless wars. These are important but, there are plenty of stories to be exposed on 60 Minutes.

Dateline's would your kid do that was a pleasnt surprise. It's sad Pan Am crash landed, (see other thread)

Hawaii Five-O: Haven't seen the finale yet. Will watch it later tonight. Thinking of the season 1 finale and how things turned out in the last couple of episodes leading to the finale, I'm expecting some crazy sh*t!

The Finder: WTF?? This was not only the season finale, but also the series finale as they cancelled the show. Very, very unsatisfying end to a show, reminds me of the abrupt ending of Flash Forward a few years ago.

Bones: Also wtf! Can't wait for the next season to start. Didn't see any of this coming, it feels like this all happened way to fast in one episode.

How I met your mother: Probably one of the most surprising season finales in a long time. Also can't wait for the next season to begin. It feels like everybody is talking about it these days...

Big Bang Theory: Compared to the others this was almost kind of a boring finale. Will be interesting to see if Sheldon finally becomes human next season.

New Girl: Good new show. Will be interesting to see where things are going next season.

The big question is: What to do with all the free time without all these shows now?
Luckily the summer is around the corner. In the meantime I'm looking forward to the new seasons of Leverage, Burn Notice, The Glades and Happy Endings.

Same here, I am really looking forward to the last episodes of the Closer to see how they set up the new spin-off with Mary McDonald.

I am also looking forward to Covert Affairs and Rizzoli and Isles

I loved In Plain Sight, which is normally a summer series, but finished its 8 episode run final season 2 weeks ago.

USA has some really good shows, epecially in the summer and the fact they are new always helps.

I am also hoping someone picks up Harry's Law. I loved the first season, but the few episodes to start this season were too different. However, the last 4 episodes have been really good and renewed my interest.

Didn't see it. This show has Jumped the Shark the past few seasons with goofy plotlines, sayings and special effects.
Almost trying to be a Metrosexual NBC farce that impolodes.

Sacrificial lamb; CBS has been pumping out so many new series with many successes, that it was only a matter of time that one of the more longer-standing shows would get cut. I was suprised that it wasn't the original CSI show that would get cut especially given the recent cast changes.

I think she (the character) was killed off.

I know what you mean. It had its ups and downs, like almost any show. But I liked the last few episodes again. Same with Big Bang Theory. I thought the most part of the last season was terrible and not as funny as the ones before. But the last few episodes actually got a lot better, in my opinion.

Yup, sadly she was killed off. She was smokin! They should bring her back. At least she looked like a woman, not like a surf board (referring to Kono  ).
Just watched the season finale of Hawaii Five-O and just like I expected, some crazy sh*t! But I got the impression the writers stole a little from The Dark Knight in the end...
It's kind of funny, everytime I see Terry O'Quinn in Hawaii, especially in the scenes with Daniel Dae Kim, I get an immediate LOST-flashback lol. It was even more so in the end, this whole setting reminded me of them visiting Jacob's cabin.

Now if you guys are talking about the beautiful Lauren German's character, Lori Weston, that question was asked of producer Peter Lenkov and this was his answer:

%u201CWe never say never again on Five-0. She%u2019s still alive, right?%u201D

So, she probably is still alive and possibly could come back, most likely in a recurring role.

Agent Jenna Kaye, played by Larisa Oleynik, was killed off.

Ah.... I hate them for leaving this suspense. Can't wait for the fall season. That one will probably be the last one, though.

How about Glee? I know it was not the finale but pretty close. Not sure there is a way to ressurect the show after so many of the kids graduate - I guess that is always the risk of doing a high-school show (I know you can always jump the shark and try to pull off a Saved by the Bell or a Beverly Hills 90210, but still...).

The last episode I saw her, she and Steve went extreme running in the mountains on the big island. She was looking hot in her skimpy running shorts showing off her toned long legs. She fell and twisted or busted her ankle. I remember her on the stretcher being hefted into a meat wagon. You saw her taped ankle showing off one of her cute sweaty high arched CFM feet. I bet the meatwagon paramadeic and Steve Mc Garrett got a little stiffy smelling her sweaty fitness essance as she was carted off. So, I guess she can come back in a future episode arc.

Grace Park is on the skinny side but, she has a smokin bod none the less. She's been in shorty shorts and one time Daisy Duke camel toe bearing cutoffs when driving some corrupt cop or thug who gets shot and virtually expires between her sexy thighs. What a way to go. Of course I have a thing for Asian hotties. And for that matter White, Black, ASian, Indian or whatever ethnic identity a woman is as long as she is hot, which in my book is thin or better yet buff and athletic. I'm an equal opportunitty employer.

Me too, but not in a good way - more in a "oh, no, not this effing guy again!" way.

Breaking Bad!

I know I'm a bit behind, however I've only just watched the fourth season and now I'm having serious withdrawal symptoms. Freakin' love - LOVE - that show!

Although this whole business about splitting the final season into two parts:   !
