Never been to puerto rico, however, I would imagine Cuba is far more pristine and far less developed. It still has the charm of a time long gone. The hotel was sent on 6 hectares of splendidness. The grounds were gorgeous, and when you were outside the hotel travelling, it was mostly virgin tropical forests everywhere. The beach was nothing short of stunningly beautiful!

I went to Cuba in 2006. I was originally heading to Lebanon but the war broke out and I had 2 weeks off work .. so booked Cuba. I stayed as Las Brisas Guardalavaca. Absolutely beautiful- beaches, clean water, lush tropical surroundings.
We took a flight to Havana but I didn't particularly like it.. I would go back!

Quoting photopilot (Reply 7): Sorry, but that strikes me as a somewhat odd comment. Tell me, if you'd been to Los Angeles would you say there is no need ever to visit the USA again and to go somewhere else?
Good point. Well, I have been to Los Angeles a few times, but then again, I have no plans to visit anytime soon.
