I remember the days when George Bush was President of the US and he used to take his vacations in Kennebunkport, Maine. I grew up a fair distance away from Kennebunkport near LCI, Laconia Mun. in New Hampshire. Whenever the President vacationed in Maine there would be a larger TFR set up around his house and SFM, Sanford, Maine as he would fly in there. This would affect the local traffic an businesses around LCI, even though we were nine miles from the edge of the TFR. On one or more occasion we would have aircraft accidentally venture into said TFR and get in trouble with ATC and such. This was when just part of Lake Winnipesaukee was covered by the Bush TFR. My question is, what happens to places like SFM when the president comes to town and what does it mean for an airport like LCI is Mitt Romney gets elected president?
Mitt Romney owns a house on Lake Winnipesaukee in Wolfboro, NH. I work for an FBO at LCI. What would happen to an airport like LCI, being the closest airport with suitable runway, if Mitt Romney were to be elected president? Would a similar TFR be set up? Would he fly into LCI or PSM? What would this mean for local Senic Tour opporators and boat traffic on the lake?
Im not trying to start any political debates, just wondering on the implications to GA near presidential houses. Thanks!!

Best he doesn't get elected president... It's better for LCI (and everyone else) that way...
