I actually was hoping that ATL would introduce a new chime and voice (preferably the same female voice as the trains) with the opening of Concourse F. The station voice is the same voice that was used onboard the trains from 1996 to 2002. Oh well. The new voice onboard the trains is great though, and they finally brought back sound effects.
