This trick will help you deal with hearing any song that is being played much too frequently, but it is especially fun to do with sappy Christmas songs- Make up your own humorous and/or X-rated lyrics to them! While this trick won't make you hear the songs any less often, it will make them more enjoyable.

Geez.... Someone is a negative Nancy this morning. Just because the days are getting shorter, we have at least two and a half months of warm weather. Probably more.

I also find thorwing a chair at the nearest set of speakers works pretty well, too.
