Ever since 9/11, President GWB has worn a lapel with the American flag. It seems like he's started a phenomenon -- other world leaders appear to be following suit. I've seen Russian PM Putin, French President Chirac and Israeli PM Sharon all sport the lapel. Any other leaders wear the lapel?
