Just found this article on time.com and thought it was worth passing on.

I have some of the apps and don't care for others, but the list is a good reference.

What, no Pocket Planes? It's an outrage!

When I die, when I die, I'll rot. But when I live, when I live, I'll give it all I've got.

You should turn this into a 'What app do you use thread/Recommend' thread, just sayin.

I don't use many on that list or many others. My bank's phenomenal app (which apparently is the best in the world), my other bank's terrible app, Mail, Facebook Messenger, Safari and Maps are pretty much all I use.

This is the silly thing about touting a massive number of apps when most people probably use less than 10 on a daily basis.

Besides tha basics I use Weather apps a lot - especially the radar. Living in Tornado Alley we have some nasty storms and I'll follow them on radar.

On the Medical side I have Glucose Buddy, BP Buddy, an ICE program, Walgreens (For some Rx refills) and OsiriX

For Travel I have AA & BA, Flight Aware and I recently added "Visit Dublin"

I don't ready books on the iPhone, but I keep Pocketpedia on it to avoid buying books twice - a bad habit when the books hit the Bargain Section at B&N.

The rest of the stuff is for the grandkids.
