I shall be leaving A-net forums and possibly A-net all together shortly. My first class membership expires in a couple of weeks and I cannot justify the cost of keeping it going. Before I leave I want to thank all of you who allowed me to post here. Most everybody put up with my sense of humor though some took issue with it. I never meant to step on toes. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading and posting in these forums. I shall miss A-net and all of the fine folk and photos here. Be well. Live long and prosper...Tbone

Interesting! I was unaware of the premium option. I thought there was only the $55.00 yearly first class and the $999.99 lifetime membership. Thank you for the insight. I believe I shall go that route. Thanks again.

I used to be a First Class member too, wasn't really worth it and I let it lapse but then just paid the premium fee and now that's all. $5 a month is a little too much, you don't really get anything for it.
I still have the @vip.airliners.net email though which is alright for a throwaway email.

When did they change A.net into a paid site?
It was around the tail end of 2001.

You've probably just forgotten that you paid $25 7 years ago.
