Favorite Sushi Restaurant.

What is your favorite sushi restaurant? My favorite is Wasabi in Hudson NY. Also what is your favorite roll or sushi?

As a Japanofile, one would find it quite interesting that I don't like sushi that much. I actually have stomach problems with raw food.

Either way, I often go to sushi restaurants and eat some tonkatsu while there

My favorites, in no particular order:

Sushiden, Madison Av in NYC
Sushi-Ken in Chandler AZ
RA Sushi (only place I've actually eaten sushi)
Kabuki (west coast)
Sakura, Bridgetown, Ohio (nestled as part of some dive bar establishment right off of I-74)

I suggest them all, especially if u like stuff other than sushi

However, there are many great sushi restaurants here in Vancouver and Richmond and very resonablly priced.

Gonna have to wait a bit to actually eat here - but if anything close to any of the previous incarnations of NEXT (menus changes every few months- from "Childhood" to "Sicily" to "Paris 1906" to "Thailand") this will become my favorite, that unfortunately i will only be able to go only once before it changes again. Tickets are close to impossible to buy now. Yes i said "tickets"

I second this, I got to eat here once, and it is absolutely the best food from any restaurant I've ever eaten, period.

However, yes, it does cost major $$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!

My favourite roll they make is the tuna crunch, it is a California type roll with a crunch to the rice exterior.

Their sashimi is also fabulous, always perfectly fresh and presented. In addition they have a dim sum menu, the lamb pot stickers are delectable!

The best thing is, everything is half price until 7pm!
