Well, Gen. Petraeus has just testified before congress; he says attack on our embassy in Libya was terrorist attack; so what does that make Eric Holder ? A liar, and guilty of a cover-up; (which is a serious crime for which he needs to be prosecuted.)

What is the link between Holder and Libya? Hate Holder as much as you like, but there needs to be some evidence linking Holder to Libya before there is any legal action to be taken. Nothing there IMO besides a hate for Holder.
There are no grounds. Holder doesn't have a thing to do with foreign policy, what goes on at our embassies or consulates, or how the national security apparatus operates.

Link doesn't work. And talk about jumping to conclusions. Thanks to the insistence that the President is 100% wrong no matter what, I have to take any story, throw it in the BS-filter 20 times, and then see the truth. Every step of the way, EVERY step, people claim that the President is guilty of some huge cover up for some reason I still haven't been explained...
the only reason I've heard is because it (somehow) goes against the President's campaign line that "AQ is getting weaker" but ironically, the only ones that think AQ is actually getting stronger and some Libyans killing 4 Americans overseas (RIP) makes us more vulnerable are the same ones coming up with the "Libya goes against what the President has been saying" line.
In other words, the reason to lie has been made up by the same people that made up the lie in the first place
Give me REAL, SOLID proof the President is involved in corruption and I will lead your charge for prosecution. But all that is happening is the GOP is continually crying wolf and pissing off the rest of the country, and when they get ignored they claim the media is covering something up. UGH. /rant

And skipping classified intelligence briefings on the Benghazi incident in order to hold a press conference demanding more information on the Benghazi incident.
Looking at you, Senator McCain.

Know , knew and blah, are just bland adjectives of general rage and attacks by a political machine that is currently on the outside looking in.
What we are talking about here, is the fact of a squabble over whether an attack that resulted in the death of 4 people began as a Terrorist attack, or grew out of a film related protest where a more organized attack took place that could be classified as terror.
It's no wonder the GOP is losing demographics. The only people left pretty soon are going to be the people that wear tin foil hats.
Older than I just was ,and younger than I will soo be.

Another snippet from CNN:
"Several democrats who were briefed said Petraeus explained the unclassified talking points did not make mention of extremist elements because it was still classified – and could have compromised intelligence sources, CNN's Dana Bash reported."

Quoting Geezer (Thread starter): attack on our embassy in Libya was terrorist attack;
The essential facts are well known by now.
The ONLY POINT OF DISPUTE is the word "terrorism".
What used to be called a crime or enemy action is now always terrorism....its preferred meaning for Republicans is a Karl Rove-era electioneering Fear tactic that was last effective in 2004 (barely).
Every crime against America, and every time an American dies is NOT terrorism....which is commonly defined as the deliberate attack on civilians with the intent to strike fear into a civilian population.. Benghazi is "terrorism" only by the most alrarmist definition.
The election is over, scaremongering didn't work and Libya is a great US success story reversed from a former enemy.
