For reasons even unknown to myself I am looking forward to Thanksgiving this year -- I suspect it is because we are staying home and not visiting any family.

Just cooking for three this time around and my menu is the following:

Turkey
Stuffing (Stove-Top stuffing to be exact, love it no matter how much better homemade is)
Corn
Mashed potatoes
Cranberry sauce (the jellied kind from the can, was overruled on the whole berry stuff)
Pillsbury crescent rolls

Plus the usual apple and pumpkin pie for dessert.

An insane amount of food for three, but it should last us through most of the 4 day weekend.

All the usual for me!
Turkey
Stuffing
Homemade cranberry sauce
Pillsbury rolls.
This year I'm splitting the day between my mom's and dad's. My dad does the turkey in the frier. Although it isn't the healthiest, it is incredible!

I am desperately hoping that you people have some kind of gravy there too. Sounds potentially very dry otherwise.

Turkey
Ham
Some sort of potato dish
Stuffing
green beans
dinner rolls
Cranberry sauce
Pumpkin pie
Apple pie

My mother always makes more food than we can eat, but we have leftovers and that is always good.

I can't eat turkey (the only food allergy I never outgrew) so the ham is for me.
