Biggest giveaway that he's using synthol is his forearms. It's nearly impossible to have bis/tris that big and have zero muscle definition in your forearms, no matter what steroid(s) you use. Either way, this guy probably gets laughed out of the gym by the real bodybuilders.

Just out of curiosity, can synthol be pumped in to the male organ to make larger?
I of course don't need this but I'm just curios from a scientific point of view.

So is this synthol stuff dangerous or what? I would think injecting oil into one's body may have adverse effects on one's... Everything, I guess. Seems like one who does that needs to spend about 4hrs a day on the pot.

I don't think the actual substance itself is all that dangerous, but there is a huge risk of infection from the injection site since a majority of users do it at home as opposed to having a professional do it. I've also heard something about nerve damage, but I'm not sure how that happens.
Another downside is that since the oil isn't actually a part of the muscle, gravity will eventually take effect, and the synthol will start to gather at the lowest point of gravity, which may distort the way the muscle looks for some time.
