Those arms must be so full of synthol it must have cost him a fortune. Check out the bingo wings and tiny forearms and complete lack of muscle. Largest arms in the world yeah right!

Well, that certainly is a feather in his cap.

A cap which he'll be needing to wear a lot to hide the hair loss that's going to result from whatever it is that he's been putting in his body.

He's been injecting synthol, it's an oil which pumps up your muscles, it's not a steroid.

Boy, was *that* a disappointment! The man manages to be neither fat nor old nor grossly deformed (ignoring the arms) and yet he pulls off "fugly" about as well as you can.

Biggest giveaway that he's using synthol is his forearms. It's nearly impossible to have bis/tris that big and have zero muscle definition in your forearms, no matter what steroid(s) you use. Either way, this guy probably gets laughed out of the gym by the real bodybuilders.

Quoting KiwiRob (Thread starter):

Well I guess it's how they define biceps. If there's no condition that it has to be all natural muscle, then he does indeed have the record.

I haven't looked up synthol prices lately...but I'd say he's sunk a couple grand into this nasty venture.

Just out of curiosity, can synthol be pumped in to the male organ to make larger?
I of course don't need this but I'm just curios from a scientific point of view.
Also, does this oil make you stronger or just float better in water?

So is this synthol stuff dangerous or what? I would think injecting oil into one's body may have adverse effects on one's... Everything, I guess. Seems like one who does that needs to spend about 4hrs a day on the pot.

I guess it could in theory...but given some of the complications you can have with synthol, I'd be less than willing to risk it.

Quoting Superfly (Reply 15):

It definitely does nothing for your strength. It's like silicon implants: all for show.

Quoting Darksnowynight (Reply 17):
So is this synthol stuff dangerous or what?

I don't think the actual substance itself is all that dangerous, but there is a huge risk of infection from the injection site since a majority of users do it at home as opposed to having a professional do it. I've also heard something about nerve damage, but I'm not sure how that happens.

Another downside is that since the oil isn't actually a part of the muscle, gravity will eventually take effect, and the synthol will start to gather at the lowest point of gravity, which may distort the way the muscle looks for some time.

Gregg Valentino, he injected steroids directly into his biceps and triceps, his forearms are also well developed, but dwarfed by his upper arms, unlike the other twit who has no forearm development at all.

Injecting steroids directly into the muscle isn't going to do much. Indeed, the only steroid that is even particularly bio-available injected into the arm is Testosterone Suspension.
