Going To IBZ Over Christmas - What To Do/see?

Okay guys, the gf and I are heading on a short three day trip to IBZ for Christmas. I already had a look at some stuff but most places seem to be closed (go figure).
So I was wondering if there is anything worth checking out (hiking/nature stuff preferred).
Also, what's a good place to grab some food?
We will be staying in Sant Antoni de Portmany, but we'll have a car.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

There were some pleasant coastal walks near where we stayed in Santa Eularlia des Riu, also the north coast is good for walks. I'm not sure what the weather will be like though!
