Hi!
Sorry if this is very boring but thought I'd do a return to the "what are you listening to now" thread. Sorry.
I am listening to "Night on My Side" by Gemma Hayes! A CD I first heard in Borders Books and Music in Cambridge in 2002 maybe back when we still had Borders Books and Music in the UK!

I'm currently listening to Glad you came by We Came as Romans. It's on the Punk Goes Pop Vol 5 album. Not too sure what you're interested in but it's a pretty good band. My personal favorite!

I have been to several Tool concerts, I love them. Listening to Archive right now, album You All Look The Same To Me, first track Again, sixteen minutes of awesomeness. I saw them at a festival years ago and by the middle of the piece I was on another planet.
New Technology is the name we give to stuff that doesn't work yet. Douglas Adams

Good call.

Lucky you. I've only been to one, but hope there will be more in the future. Probably the best concert I've ever been to. Sound and performance was just perfect.
Currently listening to Nero - Me and you. (Not Tool...)

Ahhh, trust a mention of Tool to bring you out of hibernation. I've actually been listening to a lot of them recently - Aenima, Lateralus, and 10,000 Days.

Me too. I think I'll try and see them on the next tour, though.

The TV is on and Inside Edition is starting. I'm using "Capture" to clean the carpeting in my apartment. I figure since I'm starting a new chapter in my career I'm in the process of straightening up and cleaning.

Some seriously fun shit... When I'm leaving the house headed out for a night of hard drinking &/or, erm, "socializing" with the ladies, this one has been know to find it's way to the playlist.
There is something seriously wrong with anyone for whom this song and a polyester suit doesn't make feel awesome...

Was supposed to see Tool on 09-11-01 in GRR. It was cancelled.. If memory serves me it was rescheduled for the following night, just not in the mood to attend any concerts so I didn't go. But again, I believe that was the night that Maynard caught flak for saying that we had it coming (9/11).

I hadn't even heard of this band, but I was just watching the movie In Her Skin, and they had a bunch of music in it. That song "What You Want" is easily one of my favorite songs of the last year - and I just heard it for the first time tonight.

For the past couple hours I've been hooked on this You Tube Channel featuring a plethora of 1970's era original though possibly cheesy ABC Movies of the Week! Superfly, you should really like this channel on You Tube. Some of the best of 1970's made for TV flicks!
