It looks like Nevada and New Jersey are the first 2 states in the US to make online gaming legal. It appears to only be in casinos, so another lifeline to the struggling casinos.

Anyway most of the online gambling websites are illegal even in countries where it is legalized.

I didn't know they were illegal in the first place... so all the ones I see people playing are illegal?

Ironically I have never flown a Delta MD-90 :)
