One has to wonder if the states that opted out, and the politicians who were responsible will pay a price for their tactics to kill Obama Care. Time will tell as the law continues to move forward in its implementation. It seems that the uninsured in those states may continue to be uninsured. Someone who is in need of insurance badly, poor health etc. will find no help in those states as of now anyway. We may find a few opting in. Rightly so.
