AA will really be a great airline. First off I'm going to give miles to people who fly award travel. Secondly 500 miles in your account will mean 500 miles that you can fly. Some might argue that this means that as soon as someone flys their fisrst paid flight they can travl on the same route unlimitedly. While that may be true, I don't think it is.
