Last week I was driving back home from work in Princeton when I was stopped by traffic on rt 33, they were filming two Women at the Cream Me Freeze in Millstone (right near my house).
The next day in the Asbury Park press I saw that it was Sarah Jessica Parker and the Red head ( I forget her name) filming an episode of Sex in the City here in Millstone NJ. About 45 miles South of NYC near Six Flags.
I couldn't belive they were filming Sex in the City at the Ice cream shop I go to to get Vanilla Shakes on the way home from work.
Just keep watching, look for an epidsode where Kerri and Samantha (?..) are eating ice cream along a rural NJ highway. They were filmed at the tables surrounded by Cream Me Freeze's nice white picket fences.
In the background look for a Black Mustang, Thats ME!

You really enjoy Curb your Enthusiasm? I find that show to be totally obnoxious. All they do is whine, complain and bitch at each other, I mean ALL the characters on that show. Larry David is the worst, it's like a bunch of old bitchy women bickering at one another. I've tried many times to watch and stay with it, but after 5 minutes I have to turn it off. Can't stand it.
Sex and the City is a great show, Sarah Jessica Parker is adorable. I like Arliss, but that episode this week with the Gay ball player and musician was a bit much. Grant Show (who played the ballplayer) is such a babe, I'm just so glad he didn't kiss that musician "Fabio" dude. YUK. That would have truly sent me over the edge.
My favorite shows on HBO are hands down the Sopranos and Six Feet Under, which has just been nominated for like 23 Emmys. The writing and acting are phenomenal.
HBO is the only channel on at my house. It truly is television programming at its finest.

I agree that HBO features some of the best original programming out there. Unfortunately I spaced the premiere of Sex so I'll have to catch it in reruns this week. Personally, my favorite HBO show is, hands down, Six Feet Under. It is, IMHO, HBO's very best dramatic series. Yes all you Sopranos fans, I am saying that Six Feet Under is better than The Sopranos. Frankly, I never understood what the hell all the hype was about. However, I will admit that the acting on The Sopranos is nothing short of incredible.
For shear guilty pleasure effect you simply cannot beat Taxicab Confessions. The show is a laugh-and-a-half. I can't believe that people are so willing to be so open with a cab driver they have just met. For instance, did anyone else see the episode where that couple, younger man/older woman, had sex in the back of cab.
As far as HBOs worst series that's easy: Arliss. Considering all the great programming that HBO produces, I am shocked that this stinker still has a home at the network. Honorable mention goes to G-String Divas. Honestly, does anyone care what a bunch of trashy strippers think (All right, being gay obviously has something to do with my absolute disinterest in the series but still do you straight guys out there actually find the story interesting or do you, as I suspect, just watch to see tits and ass?)

Why is Cynthia Nixon gross? I think she is beautiful, smart, funny, witty, career-oriented. The season premiere was fantastic. They all looked great. I

ok, I got to comment a little bit here because like you freaks, HBO and Tivo mean more to my life than my grades, girlfriend, great grandmother, and (gasp) ariel sharon! holy christ, tivo is ridiculous. everyone should have one, world would be a much better place.
anyway... aeri28, thanks of coruse Cynthia Nixon, but Cynthia Kennedy isn't far off. Thats kind of funny I thought of it that way. I agree shes not that terrific, sarah jessica parker is the best, so adorable and classy, and charlottes charachter is really waspy hot. kim cattrall is funny as hell. as far as the guys on the show... big is great, i want to grow up and be him, steve is a dork, but he gets a laugh out of me every now and then, hated aden, he was a waiste of space. trey also sucked.
gumah...
holy shit, curb is ridiculous. love it. i like that humor, larry david is unreal. its seinfeld humor with edge. i like it a lot, dry and bitter, kind of like me.
sex is off the wall. everyone loves it. not miscast, whoever said that is clueless.
i disagree with the poster who didn't like divas. i didn't love it, but i enjoyed watching the sluts and sort of understanding their lives, girls could have been hotter, but it was fun.
taxicab confessions is a work of art. great stuff.
arliss sucks, used to like it, not really anymore. i still tivo it from time to time, but its not what it used to be. its been on for a long time. probably 5 or 6 years now.

Too bad next year will be its final season. Ryan O'Riley and his retarded brother, Cyril rocked.

I can't get into Sex and the City all that much, however I love practically everything else HBO puts out with the exception of Arliss.
Best original show on that network has to be the Sopranos. Hands down.
