Dear All,

I'm looking into two MP3 players currently, and have been for a while. One is the IPOD, and the other is the Rio Riot. Does anybody here know about these, and which would be the better deal? Would appreciate it, thanks.

Or am I wrong? Does the iPod work with Windows, as long as Quicktime is there?

The iPod is for both Mac and Windows since the most recent upgrade. You only need a proper FireWire port.

Quicktime is not required.

You can also use a Mac iPod with Mediafour's product called XPlay--that's what I use...it's really a nice way to do things as it's truly a cross-platform device (the PC version uses MusicMatch, which I utterly despise).
