The leaflets were dropped to the crews of Iraqi air defence systems - radar and missile operators. The leaflets basically say, real frendly-like, "Don't lock your weapons on or fire upon Coalition planes, or they will open fire."

Ironically, one of the planes dropping the leaflets was fired on. Predictably, the U.S. jet responded, and the idiots on the ground became holes in the ground. the Iraqis report 5 dead.
