Damn folks. The article was obviously lathered with sarcasm, but why is it so difficult for you to discuss muslim extremism? Its a reality in our world. If anyone should be discussing it, its the peaceful muslims, but that's completely their call. Mxboy, if political-correctness compels you to have to give Christian extremism equal time, then so be it, but I can assure you that I would never paint you as a bigot if you didn't. I hope you guys can see the difference between the wacky extremists and the peaceful folks as well as I can. Your response makes me wonder. You seem to assume there is only one flavor and when discuss one, you discuss all. Not so.

The intent of the article is to show how partial, liberal, and biased the New York Times has become. 30-40 years ago, it was one of the best newspapers in the world - the equivalent to The Times in the U.S.. But now it's little more than a cross between a Democratic propaganda rag and a tabloid.

The New York Time is a piece of crap. I would not read that crap even if someone paid me. Hell, even the daily news is better.......but not by much.

Mx5,
You just proved the whole point of the article! Read it again, and try to tell me that it doesn't have a point.

well i 95% agree with the article. It was a farce for the media to be PC during the investigation and now the upcoming trial. Lets call a pig a pig and not a horse.

It's not a farce, but a political satire. And a damn good one, too!
It really has nothing to do with the New York Times, the NYT is only used as a metaphor for the "liberal media".
