I was wondering if any other Canadians living in other countries like me know if its possible to still vote in elections, and if so how I would go about doing that?

The usual procedure for doing that, is to show up at your local Embassy or General Consule around a week or two before the election is suppoesed to take place. That's what I did when I voted on the Euro while studying in Australia.

I'd imagine that it's the same for all countries, but you should probably check with your local Embassy or General Consule.
