Best: Ray Lewis' hit against the Broncos on the interception run back. Also know as: THE hit)
Worst: Giants vs. 49ers playoffs. Giants should have gotten the pass interference call, and would have had a short FG kick to win. Didn't get it.

I only have two "worst" for you:
1. Dwayne Rudd of the Browns throwing his helmet down on what should have been the final play of the the Chiefs-Browns game, giving the Chiefs a field goal as time is expired, for a 40-39 Chiefs win.
2. Marty Morningwieg's deferring on the coin toss of Overtime between the Bears and Lions, and the Bears kick a winning field goal two minutes later.

I forgot about those, those are definatly on my bad list.
I also liked Warren Sapp's big hit against the Packers. Then the argument that followed that after the game.

One of the best plays had to be Michael Vick's game-winning TD run in OT against the Vikings. That might have been the greatest run by a QB since Steve Young made an incredible run in OT against...you guessed it, the Vikings, about 10 years ago, I think it was.
Also, a nomination for Tim Couch's Hail Mary pass to Quincy Morgan, who made a one-hand grab as time expired to give the Browns a last-second 21-20 win over Jacksonville. If not for that miracle, the Browns wouldn't have made the playoffs for the first time since 1994.
