Internet Explorer Problems...

Since yesterday I have been experiencing problems with my Internet Explorer 6. When I try to open the explorer, it takes over 20 seconds to run. This creates a problem because everytime I use a link (ie. opening A.net photos) the explorer crashes and I have to wait another 20 seconds for the photo page to open. I tried to uninstall the explorer in order to reinstall it but the damn thing won't get out of my PC!!! Any insights on how to solve my problem are highly appreciated.

PS: I have a P4 2.4GHz, 1024MB RAM with Win XP Professional.

Uhh Lewis, maybe you can try to delete all temporary files?

you practically cant get IE out of your way in Windows XP because without it I dont think the OS can run at all, I THINK...
