FIRST OF ALL. WHAT IS THE NAME OF YOUR LOCAL MERCEDES DEALER. I HAVE PROBABLY ABOUT 10 WITHIN 30 MILES OF ME. I HAVE TO NAME A FEW: KNAUZ CONTINENTAL AUTOS, LAUREL MERCEDES, MERCEDES BENZ OF NAPPERVILLE, MERCEDES BENZ OF CHICAGO, CONCOURS MOTORS, MOTOR WERKS OF BARRINGTON, AUTOHAUS ON EDENS. THOSE ARE JUST SOME OF THEM. MY FAVORITE IS KNAUZ, BECAUSE THE OWNER IS A REALLY NICE GUY AND THEIR SALES PEOPLE ARE EXCELLENT. SO WHAT IS YOUR MERCEDES DEALER, AND ALSO, DO YOU OWN A MERCEDES, IF SO WHAT YEAR MODEL, AND COLOR.

American... Calm down with your Mercedes fetish and with the capital letters!
My local Mercedes dealer is RAY CATENA which also happens to be the world's largest Mercedes Benz dealer. ( www.raycatena.com ) He also sells Jaguar, Porsche, Aston Martin, Infiniti, and Lexus.

"It's my sister, Violet- the one with a sauna, Mercedes, and room for a pony!" Awesome show!
Back on topic- The ones closest to us are Crown, on the east side of Columbus, and Astorg, in Parkersburg, WV. I have a friend whose dad owns an MB dealership in Orlando; what its name is, I don't know.
We also have a 1999 Black E320 Station Wagon, picked up directly from the factory in STR & driven across Europe through Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain and England, finally being dropped off to be shipped home at LHR. Awesome trip!

Our Mercedes dealer here is Benson Mercedes. I have a friend whose sister was choosing between a Mercedes, Lexus, or BMW....she chose the Lexus because the other dealers, Mercedes in particular, were quite snotty. And she was a former Mercedes owner. My mom has a 1991 190E and seems to like it. My dad loves people who drive Mercedes because he sells parts to the shops that work on them...and they are expensive parts. My brother bought a Lexus.

Buquet residence! LOL, that show is hilarious! Glad others here appreciate a good British comedy.
AA757, I hope you get a really good job one day so you can fulfill your dream of driving a Benz. A friend of the family is a service manager at a Benz dealership in the Toronto area (in Markham, Ontario to be precise). He gets a different car every 2 weeks, and usually it is an E500. Of course the odd time he gets an AMG Benz for 2 weeks, or something else fairly extravagent.
They are beautiful cars, very well built, solid, safe, great driving, but unfortunately not as reliable as before. In my opinion the best car ever made was the original E class, introduced in the mid 80's (1986 I believe). Reliable, durable, and a great driver.

I got to drive the C280 Sport a few years ago and I really enjoyed that car. I haven't driven one of the current C Classes, but I can't warm to it at all. I much prefer other cars in the price range, including the BMW 3 series, Audi A4, vW Passat among others. I think Mercedes could have done a better job with the current C than they did.

the current c class looks sorta stubby when viewed from a certain angle, i dont like short cars, but the previous generation c class was the best, doesnt look short, yet still isnt long, and i dont mind, i actually would take any mercedes over the year of 1995 to drive as a day to day car, but for my cruising car i would take a 1957 Sl of any kind.

I'm not far from Rudy Hess's MB Dealership...
Remember kids, riding in an MB means you're riding with Hitler.
