I like his Professional Dreamer release- Gothic Jazz Dance is my favorite on that CD.

I like some of Sade's stuff, but I am more for the instrumentals, especially piano instrumentals. Benoit is my favorite out of all, followed by Spyro Gyra, David Sanborn (sax), Larry Carlton, and a few others whose names escape me at the moment.
My favorite David Benoit pieces are Gothic Jazz Dance, ReJoyce, Gold Coast, and his "Peanuts" collection from the comic strip.
