I am watching an interesting show about the bermuda triangle on TLC right now.

It really is a mystery. To me, it is one of those mysteries that will never be solved...or shouldn't be solved. I think there are mysteries that shouldn't be solved. It makes life more fun when you don't know the causes of everything.
Anyone agree? Disagree?

Anyway...What are some of your theories on the Bermuda Triangle?
Anyone actually think it is some sort of Alien related thing?

I think that it is some natural thing that causes planes to fall out of the sky and boats to sink. They have things...I forgot what they are called. Hydrogen gas pockets or something like that.
It makes the water a lot less dense and it causes boats to sink. There have been cases of Oil Rigs collapsing because of this. I wonder if something similar could happen in the air?

Of course, I could be wrong

So...share your thoughts! Experiences...and anything else relating to this topic.

I really dont believe there is any thing "mysterious" about it. I have been on a few cruises that have went though the bermuda triangle and nothing has EVER happened. I have even flown over the area. It probably isn't anything THAT speical if somthing is really up with it. I don't know, maybe it is just me, I dont believe in ghosts, aliens, and any other thing that can't been seen or proved. But that is intresting i have those views on those types of things, yet I believe in God...weird, huh?

I do think that there is something mysterious about the Bermuda Triangle. I believe that there may be some natural force under the ocean, or maybe it has a more powerful gravitational pull than other places. I have heard far out rumors that Aliens use it for a collecting spot. After the plane or ship sinks they take the humans back to their planet. I do NOT believe that, just think it is something natural.

So what is your favorite song? This question should get a lot of replies. I respect everyones opinions and would like to hear many respones. I'll start off. I can't decide but there are two that I really like. One is Haddaway--"What is Love?", and the other is Corona--"Rhythm of the Night" Does anyone like those, too?

I remember watching a program many years ago on this.

They explained the 'phenominon' as slightly different though.

It all started when ships & planes suddenly went missing in a geographical triangular region & no-one ever found or heard from them again, then after much investigation, they found tiny pieces of wreckage. We're talking TINY!

They found out that there was some natural hydrogen gas pockets that were rising from the sea-bed, I think, that would explode once ignited by the electical charges it came into contact with on the plane/ship, blowing them up!

The force of the blast was so powerful due to the amount of hydrogen that there would never be any wreckage left that was recognisable as a plane or a ship!!!

Scary but amazing at how mother nature works...

Well, I think that that region is infested with storms and hurricanes and that the sea tends to be murky...i dunno, it's just my opinion.

Well, i think i've heard of boats crossing the bermuda triangle without ever disappearing inside that region...Hopefully, we would find nothing wrong with that area.

I saw this in TV,

In that area there are large storms,
In the case of ships Giant waves engulfed them Ripping them to shreads and sinking thim instantly.
This also happened with low flying planes.
with higher flying planes......
The wave channeled and created a wind pattern similar to a tornado. This would happen so quick that the pilots could do nothing. the tunnel of wind pulled the plane apart and the remains sunk to the bottom of the sea.
This is found no where else in the world.
Nowadays they have radars to detect the Weather patterns sarting.

UK FLY,

Now, I know you're a kid an' all & your a Brit as well, but you have to stop believing those programmes or your gonna end up in 10 years professing to be an alien kidnapee!

Seriously though, Can you imagine how high those waves would have to be, to be able to sink ships & low flying planes "instantly"!!!!

There is 'no' way that this could ever happen, waves just dont go up 100's & 100's of feet. If your lucky & theres a Sunami? (tidal wave) brought on by an earthquake in the middle of the sea, then maybe, just maybe you may get a wave a 100 -200 feet high, but even then planes 'do not' fly as low as that. That would be suicidal in itself to fly that low over sea in such bad weather conditions.
So this thiery that you were given is not plausable. I'd hate to say it but the only way I could image such destruction is by an explosion, and remember, there was hardly ANY debris found , I mean we're talking pieces that were no larger than a coin, so IF & thats a big IF that was caused by waves or adverse weather conditions, you will always have large pieces floating around. I remeber very disticly watching a programme on this some years back on Channel 4.

Self-perpetuating rumour, by my opinion...

I've flown through part of the Bermuda Triangle several times and I'm fine...
