I haven't watched it since the first couple of episodes, but my collegues and I have had a good laugh about some of the themes and the general portrayal of our jobs!
10am reports for a single sector UK to Alicante and a 24 hour layover in a beach hotel with cabin crew so wealthy they can afford to hire convertible cars and buy enough alcohol to get totally wrecked by 2 hours before departure! Sex, booze and drugs, quick 2 hour sector home the next afternoon followed by a week off...
In the end we all agreed that we wished our jobs were actually that much fun.
I used to love the smell of Jet-A in the morning...

Worth watching just to see Sarah Manners walking around in her undies every episode!
The external shots of the 737 used do not look like CGIs ,anyone know who supplied the equipment?

There are shots of a 737 landing ,taking off and in flight ,in "Fresh " colours.White fuselage with the name fresh in turquoise on the forward fuselage, fin in turquoise with a red f on it. Shots of the aircraft on the ground at Stansted have been used that show the aircraft behind a heat haze, no way could those shots be faked and still look realistic.
Mind you that Emma isn't bad either!

Rick, you just about summed it up ... but i think it's great, if only the job was like that im sure you lot would all be happy
It's also funny to see a 767 rolling for take-off and then a 737 climbing away
