Now that's an easy one: We translate all Iraq-related threads into Arabian, especially the posts of those www-heroes like galaxy, apathoid, thumper etc. and broadcast it all over Iraq, 24-7...either he'll step down voluntarily and moves to America or he'll die laughing...mission accomplished...now send that money over!

Either that or make him watch reality TV shows all day. Arrgh!
Seriously, it would take time -- a combination of stepped-up inspections, continued sanctions/oil embargo and stepped-up no-fly zone patrols. It's not perfect, but I believe Iraq is being watched enough for him to think twice.

That's easy, put international diplomatic pressure on him to disarm, step up UN inspector roles, and continue the oil for food program.

That will never work. What international diplomatic pressure? The UN inspectors are seeing exactly what Saddam wants them to see and no more. The oil for food program is a joke. Saddam has 60 palaces and yet people don't want war even though there ARE starving children in Baghdad, unlike the US?
And who's hurt by the oil embargo and the sanctions? With 60 palaces, doesn't seem like Saddam is. And what good is it going to do to increase the no-fly zones? Make the Iraqis dependent on Land Cruisers and camals and forgo aircraft altogether.
Both of y'all need to come up with much better suggestions because what you've suggested won't work at all. It certainly hasn't for the last 12 years.

Put Saddam and Bush on Jerry Springer and have them duke it out on live TV. Now THAT would be hillarious. Question is, would that get rid of Saddam??? I bet Springer's ratings would go up so high, he'd have to sign a contract.

You send UN soldiers in Iraq to prevent any killing and to contain Iraqi forces + inspectors to disarm + heavy diplomatic work to isolate Hussein from other Arabian countries + direct help to the population through international help association.

DaV, if Saddam was either desposed, killed, or exiled, the embargos against Iraq would drop, and a war (or the threat of war) would indirectly give them food.
I don't think the same happened in Afghanistan, despite being now a "free" nation. I think we all agree that Saddam is a threat, but not for Americans or whoever, but for his people, and I highly doubt president Bush wants a war to save thousand of Irakis he doesn't care of. Your key argument is "if Saddam was either desposed, killed, or exiled", my question is, very simply, is necessary a war to achieve this result?
