That said, I'm still praying the intel about Saddam was on.

anyone who believes everything the government is releasing is a fool .. you're being given the information relevant to assist you in making the decision Bush and his advisors want you to make.

As an aside, i'm interested in the racial and religious breakdown of those who advise GWB, anyone have that?

ADG,

What the hell does someone's skin color or religion have to do with how well they do their job? Isn't that a little racist of you? Do you have a problem with those shifty slant-eyes, and those unreliable, uneducated negros? Or all those greedy Jews? Let's not forget those ignorant southern crackers too. WTF right do you have asking about these people's race or religon? I thought we were supposed to look past that sort of thing in our modern society.

[for those of you who are sarcasam impared, that was NOT meant to be taken literaly. I don't believe in those negative sterotypes and am only using them to illustrate a point, how ignorant some people's requests sound sometimes.]

Seems this war is going a little too smoothly and easily, like a hot knife through butter. I think if Saddam really had WMDs and chemical weapons, he would have unleashed them by now.

The BUSH administration, MAKING UP things? C'mon...that would be wrong...  Big grin

I agree that it has been too smooth.

But I draw a different conclusion.

The worst is yet to come.

I don't think he would have issued those rounds to troops he didn't trust.

It is smooth so far...but some bad things are bound to happen.

I have no doubt that I'll hear all about them here.

If we got Saddam and his f**knugget sons on that first hit, life got perceptably easier. And the CIA just got their budget tripled every year till the end of time.

Baghdad and Tikrit are still issues. But, in the process of running up a substantial bar tab tonight for a half dozen US Army Infantrymen and too waaayyyyy too cool for their dress blues Marines, I was informed that House Clearing 101 has been high on the Army's train-till-you-vomit list for awhile.

Word is a Republican Guard unit south of Baghdad has been issued chemical shells. These guys are where the hardcore Saddam blowjobs are lurking. I think we might need some help from our friend Daisy Cutter here.

I wouldn't say Obsolete. Obsolecent maybe,

But I guess that means we need to shoot of the rest of them before they are obsolete to make room in the bunker.

Illini_152: "What the hell does someone's skin color or religion have to do with how well they do their job? Isn't that a little racist of you? Do you have a problem..."

Ah yes, you have a problem. You came to the conclusion that ADG's question was a racist remark, when she was just asking a question and you accused her. Your claim of being sarcastic is now void, rather than answering the question, frankly it seems to me you were expecting her to say something like that. You found your proof and reacted as such. Good for you!

FROM ARTICLE: "Members of the group contend the Bush administration has released information on Iraq that meets only its ends - while ignoring or withholding contrary reporting"

Well duh, how else are they gonna prove it? They are operating like any business would when forecasting their own product markets. It has to be in their favor in order to prove that their product is still worth while to investors. What company would show a drop in sales for future earnings? They'll only report drops when [if] it happens first, not before hand.

Similarly, the US has to show justification for war with Iraq, period; otherwise they are pretty much biting the dust -- they won’t or will never purge themselves by saying the opposite of what they think is appropriate for you to hear/know.

The meaning of life is curiosity; we were put on this planet to explore opportunities.

Actaully, it makes you appear a little racist because I didn't give a reason for my question.

Do you have a problem with those shifty slant-eyes, and those unreliable, uneducated negros? Or all those greedy Jews? Let's not forget those ignorant southern crackers too.

Nope, do you?

WTF right do you have asking about these people's race or religon? I thought we were supposed to look past that sort of thing in our modern society.

We are supposed to, but I suspect some of you aren't. You're reaction proves that you don't.

And how ignorant some replies are.

By the way, back on topic .. one of Australias IO's resigned claiming exactly the same thing as these ex agents are suggesting and ignoring the failed attempts by our government to dismiss his claims, he appears to have a valid point.
