Sounds like a bunch of stupid rhetoric to me... Like during the Gulf War, Saddam was declaring victory left and right, while Iraqi troops were retreating and fleeing Kuwait. Who knows what will come of this?

That was soo taped, a long time ago. First off, he gave no dates. Second, If I was in his shoes, I would be running my mouth about what has unfolded today with the POW's, the GI that threw the 4 granades in the Command tent. He said nothing about thoes. Also, he was praising the 11th brigade commander. They were the first to surrender (I think) at Umm Quasar(sp). All the places he talked about he already knew we would go after. All his speech was was a prep talk. So I think its clear that it was taped a bit ago. I just think that saddam who's insane would talk about the stuff that his Intell minister has been running his mouth about. He said nothing of the sort. Not good job guys by getting the POW's, he said NOTHING. This is why i am lead to belive it was taped.

I really don't have any comment right now on the speech. It shows a lot of pride in Saddam and for his country but we just don't know when it was taken or if it is even him.
