I started about two weeks ago and I have gone everday. I run on 5mph for 20 mins then I go and do my weights. If I am by myself than about an 1-1 1/2 hours but if I go with a buddy it is 1 1/2-2 hours.

Four to five times per week, working a different muscle group with weights each day, about 30 minutes of cardio.

I bike like a fiend all spring, summer, and fall (except today, which is exceedingly crappy in da R-O-C).
I live a mile away from my downtown office. I can bike there in 7 minutes, and not have to pay for parking.

I generally end up going five or six days per week. I have a 3-day split routine for weights (Day One = back, biceps; Day Two = lower body; Day Three = chest, triceps, shoulders) which I usually but not always do on consecutive days. Once the 3-day cycle ends, I'll do just cardio for a day and maybe take a day off entirely, then begin the cycle once again. Sometimes, however, for various reasons I won't go to the gym at all for two days in a row.
For instance, here is my most recent schedule:
Monday, 3/31 - Day One
Tuesday, 4/1 - Day Two
Wednesday, 4/2 - Day Three
Thursday, 4/3 - cardio only
Friday, 4/4 - I'm not going to the gym today
Saturday, 4/5 - probably won't be able to go, if I do it'll be cardio only
Sunday, 4/6 - resume weight cycle with Day One.
My weight workouts normally take 45 minutes to an hour. As for cardio, which I do on an elliptical trainer or stationary bike, it's always 30 minutes.

I'm pathetic, this is something I have to start doing. I bike ride a lot during the warmer seasons, but that means a good 5 or 6 months of inactivity. When I cycle, it's usually about 20km, a few times per week. Still not enough, but better than nothing. I should sign up for a gym and go at least once or twice per week and try to bulk up a bit.

My sit ups involve me getting out of bed.
My push ups involve me getting off my girlfriend after making out.
My curls involve me lifting my sprite/mist to drink it.
And I walk 10 minutes to class monday through friday.

I work out 2-3x per week, which usually means riding a stationary bike for 30 min. But I'm moving out of state, and my gym membership will be no good, so I guess I'll just have to ride my real bike... bummer eh?
