OK, let's get past all of the anti-you, anti-me crap for a moment and talk about something REALLY important.
Just like the topic says, what is you favorite hot sauce?
Mine are Dave's Insanity Sauce, Endorphin Rush and Scorned Woman. There is another one I want to try called "You Can't Handle This Hot Sauce" and also "Slap My Ass and Call Me Sally!"
What about everyone else?

Franks..... the one and only.
Full of flavor, and just the right amount of heat. You can pour on gallons of the stuff.

Franks is the best commercial Hot Sauce.
I have tasted many great "Mom and Pop" type hot sauces as well.

I tried some hot sauce in New Orleans called "Bottled Hell 'Mo Hotter'" and it really kicked me in the pants. Good stuff.

My wife and I use Franks as a flavor base, then add Tobasco to give immediate kick.
But that's the base. We have several Habanero sauces to give it real burn, and use both Dave's Insanity and Dave's Insanity Limited Edition(?) to really put a hurtin' on.
That Dave's Limited is a Weapon of Mass Destruction!
Use with EXTREME caution!!

Franks rules,Tabasco is a close second...but only when there is no franks. I had some stuff called "shotgun willies". Holy crap, my mouth hurts just thinking about it. First time I had it, my mom made some fried chicken while I was living in Germany. I had actually just gotten home from visiting the US.I ate some of that chicken with that hot sauce (not a lot on). I then went to school later that day because I had to take my AP german exam. Part of which included talking onto a casset recorder. My mouth burnt the rest of the day, and still a little when I woke up the next day. This coming from someone who can more or less drink tabasco.

Tabasco - Original, Habanero Hot Sauce from Hell, Scorned Woman and a good Asian chili sauce. Can't say I have a true favourite, because I haven't tried them all.

Another pilot I fly with invited me to his house for dinner.... we BBQ'd some chicken, and he took out this hot sauce he says his Jamaican neighbor gave him.
It was a yellow looking paste not really a sauce. I can eat hot food with the best of them. His warning to me was to wet a tine of the fork and test it first before putting it on my food.
A simple little dab of this sauce on my tongue was enough to render the rest of the meal tastless. This stuff was litterally unedible.
I have never tasted anything like that in my life.
Litterally insane..... No hot sauce I have ever tried before or since has even approched the power of this home made weapon of mass destruction.

Well, I went ahead, ordered and received the Dave Insanity Limited Edition sauce and, I am testament to the fact that IT IS F-ING HOT! If you're into the really hot stuff, spend the US$30 and get that sauce - it's GREAT!

If a hot sauce is too hot, its no good. Once it becomes just "hot" and no flavor, its lost its purpose.
So when I hear about the homemade Jamaican hot sauce stuff, I'd never enjoy that.

Agreed, which is why I like Dave's and Scorned Woman. Both are hot (and, as listed above, the Dave's Limited Edition is "f-ing hot") but it still has a very good flavor to it - not vinegary, just good.

I might have to try that "Scorned Woman". Where can I get some?

JET, I found it in a local mall kitchen supply store. The strange thing about it is, in liquid foods, like chili, it isn't that hot but on solid foods, like grilled chicken, it is HOT.
