We only have one prom a year and its called Senior Prom. I don't know why they don't have Junior Prom where I went. I did have a blast at my senior prom with a great and friendly girl.

NWA-Get a hotel room, get a girl and have fun. I sure as hell did (for any of the less mature members (JCS, KROC) it was with my girlfriend. And no Josh she didn't go with you or anything like that.)

I don't know who to take to the prom; either KROC or JCS17. Help me!

My Prom is comming up on April 25th or 26th. Can't remember. Since nobody in the Junior class that I am a part of has any school spirit or any care for the school we have no money to put on prom. As a result, any Junior that wants to go the prom must pay $75 per person not per couple. Get that ontop of tuxes for the guys and dresses for the girls it comes out to be a pretty expensive evening. So me and a bunch of my friends have decided to skip the dancing and just get drunk. That would happen anyways. It will be interesting to see how many kids actually pay the $75 to go for a few hours.

I had a blast at prom though. Our class was so big only seniors could go to prom, and we had to eat dinner before the actual dance. I took my girlfriend to a real nice resturant. Then the limo took us to the prom. The girls here always pay for the tickets, like 50 i think for a couple. Guys pay for the dinner etc.. In my case my girlfriend helped me pay for my portion of the limo because I quit my job. But it was so worth the $$. I highly recommend a hotel!

Wow...how eloquently put...
In our Catholic high school though, school dances were pretty pathetic, and the same thing carried over for prom. No one would show up...to the point that prom king and queen were awarded at an assembly the Friday before. It was a complete joke. That being said, I played in a hockey tournament in Nashville over prom weekend during Junior Prom. And for senior prom we (my friends and I) just took our dates out to dinner (no tux, no limo), then drove the 2 hours from our houses to my friend's lakehouse in South Carolina. That was an absolute blast.

At my school, anyone can go to the prom, but underclass have to go with an upperclass. Of course, upper class can go solo, but what's the fun in that?

Oh god...Yes my Senior Prom is coming up in about a month.
Except there are a few things on my mind...
1) They are having the dance in a public Park that is notorious for gang shoot outs, YES, GANG SHOOTOUTS...PEOPLE HAVE DIED THERE. Thats got me a lil worried cause i want to live through High school
2) May 3rd at 2300 the First CRJ200 for Delta Connection will be landing at Lynchburg and I gad orgionaly planned on going out to the Airport to watch this aviation Milestone here in Lynchburg take place (They will be stoping all Turboprop service EMB-120 from ATL May 4th)
3) I don't know how landing a date will go...I have a few that would go with me but they are rather young...13-15 Yeah 13-15 and to be frank, thats a lil' too young for me!

Yeah- it doesn't matter what grade/year your date is in.
Last year, as a sophomore I got asked to the junior prom. This year I'm going with either a soph or a freshman to my junior prom, which is sometime in May, I think?
