I have been an employee/member of Metro Center YMCA in Rochester, NY for 10 years next month. Anyone else?

I work out out the YMCA. It was formally EDS's workout facility. It is very big, one of the biggest around I am told.

I belong to the Valley Y in Spokane, WA....a very nice facility. Just volunteered at the teen center...they have computers, pool table, tv, ect.

I go to the one downtown on Lousiana, Just round the corner from Smith st, but as I live in the Heights, I occasionally go to the one there. How about you ?

I'm a member of the Y here in Milwaukee. There are five of them I can work out at, but I prefer the one downtown - it's more like a health club.

I am a YMCA member as well but here in my home town of Cambridge Ontario Canada. I have a membership Plus that allows you to use the free towel service, sauna, Steam Room, Hot tub and have your own adult Change room with no kids under 18.
