Today....

*Give Wendy's a break and have a turkey sandwich for lunch.

*Oil changed on the Lex. Might need a tranny flush too. (Don't!!!  Smile/happy/getting dizzy )

*Gotta call Key West. Hotel down there owes me a free weekend for some work I did for them. Been waiting to take it, but instead I'm gonna offer it up to my buddy from the 75th Rangers and his wife. After three months in Iraq, firefights, rescue missions, and, for her, long ominous nights avoiding CNN, they could use some time together by the sea.

*Trip to the supermarket.

*Pay an overdue fee at Blockbuster I didn't know I had.

That's about it. Sorry to break it to the numbnuts on the right wing, but that's today's REAL Homosexual Agenda. Sounds ominous , huh?

Other Gay folks? Wanna share your "Agenda"?

Random day this week:

AM run at 7:00 AM on treadmill - 40 minutes.Leave for work at 8:30, drop off dry cleaning.
Get to work at 9 am after standing in interminable line at Starbucks for Coffee.
On phone with client in New York.
Secretary calls in - kid ill. I tell her to take the day off.
Work till 7. Usual BS. In the interim have been put on hold by Air India office in NY for one hour to change ticket by one day. Change ticket, pay fine.
Meet Susan and her two kids for biweekly "Lets introduce Susan's kids to a new ethnic cuisine" dinner. This week it is Ethiopian. The kids like eating off a big ol plate with their hands. Seven year old Maya won't eat any meat because she thinks its gross. Come home and watch Golden Girls rerun on Tivo (gay moment for the day finally !!!) Blanche is dating a rich man, Dorothy wants to install a blue commode. Sophia is doing a walkathon.
Pay bills. Call up Mom and listen to her complain about Dad's diabetes and how he is secretly eating chocolates.
Read 20 pages of Farid Zakaria's new book and fall asleep in front of the TV on my favorite chair.

Boring.

Everone, Havy, and every group has an "agenda". As individuals, most of us don't have any "agenda" beyond living our life day to day, and doing the best we can.

But there are gay organizations that have agenda. That agenda is getting homosexuality accepted as another "noraml" lifestyle, which many people do not subscribe to. There are opposite agenda at work from right-wing extremists, who see it as their mission to cleanse the of such evil and filth, and, if you will, non-conformity. And within these organizations, there are individuals who are just as zealous as the agenda they're pushing.

I sit on neither fence. I do not subscribe to the notion that gayness is just "normal", but neither do I think that because of it, one should be discriminated against, demeaned and outcast, as right-wing lunatics would have us all do.

On this issue, I'd say to both sides, "Live and Let Live".

aplha i see what you mean, i guess the only 'gay' agenda i can think of is the small minority which insits in saying 'we're heere, we're queer'.

if i was gay i wouldnt find the need to shout in from the rooftops and tell every signle person i ever meet that i was gay without the 1st five seconds!

Don't forget that part of the agenda is converting innocent, god-fearing straight people into homosexuals.

Here's one of my favorite articles from "The Onion":

You can find the article here: http://www.theonion.com/onion3326/homosexualrecruit.html

SAN FRANCISCO—Spokespersons for the National Gay & Lesbian Recruitment Task Force announced Monday that more than 288,000 straights have been converted to homosexuality since Jan. 1, 1998, putting the group well on pace to reach its goal of 350,000 conversions by the end of the year.

"Thanks to the tireless efforts of our missionaries nationwide, in the first seven months of 1998, nearly 300,000 heterosexuals were ensnared in the Pink Triangle," said NGLRTF co-director Patricia Emmonds. "Clearly, the activist homosexual lobby is winning."

Emmonds credited much of the recruiting success to the gay lobby's infiltration of America's public schools, where programs promoting the homosexual lifestyle are regularly presented to children as young as 5.

"It's crucial that we reach these kids while they're still young," Emmonds said. "That's when they're most vulnerable to our message of sexual promiscuity and deviance."

"When I grow up, I want to be gay," said Christopher Linn, 8, a second-grader at Philadelphia's Lakeside Elementary School, one of thousands of public schools nationwide that actively promote the homosexual agenda. "I don't want to have a family or go to church."

Above: Lansing, MI, fifth-grade teacher Margaret Gerhardt. Gerhardt's is one of countless elementary-school classes across the U.S. in which the homosexual agenda and lifestyle are actively promoted.
"Straight people don't have any fun," said Teddy Nance, 11, after watching Breeders Are Boring!, an anti-heterosexual filmstrip, in his fifth-grade class at Crestwood Elementary School in Roanoke, VA. "Gay people get to do whatever they want."

In addition to school programs that target youths, the NGLRTF launched a $630 million advertising campaign this year in an effort to convert adults to homosexuality. The campaign, which features TV and radio spots, as well as print advertising in major national magazines, has helped convince thousands of people to leave their spouses and families for a life of self-gratification and irresponsibility.

"The gay lifestyle is for me," said James Miller, an Oklahoma City father of four who recently moved to Provincetown, MA, to pursue a career in bath-house management. "When I was a family man, I constantly had to worry about things like taking the kids to Little League practice, paying for their braces, and remembering my wife's birthday. But now that I'm gay, I'm finally free to focus all my energy on having non-stop, mind-blowing anal sex."

Though Emmonds said gays have been tremendously successful in tearing at the fabric of society and subverting basic decency, she stressed that their work is far from over.

"For all the progress we've made, America is still overwhelmingly heterosexual," said Emmonds, who is calling for an additional $2.6 billion in federal aid to further the gay agenda. "If we are to insidiously penetrate American society, as we constantly do each other's orifices, we need more money and resources. Without such help, this country will remain the domain of decent, moral, God-fearing Christians. And that would be a sin."

Oh, yes, forgot to add the following:

Molested pure Christian children, danced in pink thong on roof of cab down Pennsylvania avenue, worshipped the Devil, shaved chest, had sex (8 times with random people), spent large disposable income on various leather goods (chaps, whips, thongs, etc).

Tonight's agenda... pack bags for tomorrow morning. Have job interview at a very straight company first thing in the morning and then from there, helping my straight best friend move back to Illinois because his wife decided she wants a divorce. Evidently she decided she no longer wants the privilege of being in the sacred institution of marriage anymore.

Oh, and my partner, he's flying down to Florida tonight to spend the weekend... as usual, probably working on the house and the yard to make it as nice as possible, thereby contributing to the niceness of the neighborhood, which as far as we know is fully occupied by straight people.

My Agenda:

Wake up, genuflect, and pray to, my Picture of His Holiness, President
Bush.

Eat breakfast while watching "the truth" on Fox News.

Drive to work. All the idiot on the road are liberals.

Work my over-taxed, 9 to 5 job, where all the idiots that I work with are liberals.

Go home, eat my meal, while watching "fair and balanced" Fox News.

Have normal, DOMA-approved Missionary sex with my wife, whom I married to serve God, by tryong to keep down those evil liberals and homos.

Brush my teeth with my Ronald Reagan toothbrush.

Genuflect, and pray at my picture of George W. Bush.

Go to sleep, dreaming only conservative thoughts.

Why would I care? Tell me! I mean, people want to advance homosexual casues, and then I see this thread which just calls, "I'm gay! Look what I did today!" Who cares, what about 'the content of ones character'? Why do I care what you do in your bedroom, let alone your daily life.

If that's how you feel, why do you support something like DOMA, that does NOTHING to protect marriage, and is only a tool to preach hate and intolerance?
