I've seen some quizzes, and I thought it would be fun to have a quiz of my own, about Kansas, which is where I live. Kansas isn't a bunch of farm land anymore.  Smile You might learn something. Try these questions:

1.What is Kansas' largest city?
2.What city holds the Kansas State Fair?
3.What city is Kansas State Universary at? What about the Universary of Kansas?
4.Where is Amelia Earhart from?
5.What city had a gas plant which leaked and exploded a couple of weeks ago?
6.Name three aircraft manufacturers based in Wichita.
7.What airline that was once based in Wichita, is now a part of US Airways?
8.What is Wichita known as? (example=Seattle-Emerald City)
9.Which of the three largest airports in Kansas City is in Kansas?
10.What US president was from Kansas?

I hope this was challenging and fun.

6. They have major operations in Wichita. Is Beech and LearJet (Raytheon and Bombardier respectively) what you are looking for?

9. Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe out of the Kansas City area airports in Kansas, it has the largest amount of operations. I could be looking over one however.

I am from Missouri, so I had a little advantage in this quiz.  Wink/being sarcastic  Wink/being sarcastic
