Over the past 6-8 months I have noticed that there are plenty of miserable looking people around. For about the past 2-3 months I have been on a quest, which is to make every smile. It is very easy to make people smile; all you have to do is smile at them!! That is it, and then they will smile to. I have had great success with this; people always seem to be smiling back. I would like you guys to try this and make the world a smileier place!
Iain

I do that a lot at old people- to show them I'm not an angry teen. They almost always smile back. I've been in a great mood- my b/f and I are back and better together and I'm going to Espana in 5 days! Iain, I'll be sorta close to you!

G Dubya. You are my president, and I will serve you faithfully. Anything you would like from Cali, its yours. Just say the word.

Here in UK people smile even when they do not indend to... you can tell that their smile is false, just out of politeness, although inside they might be thinking totally negative things about you.

The only problem: Every time I smile, people tend to look at me rather worriedly, and small children sometimes run away.... Well, not everyone can have such a nice smile (and teeth) as me

VirginLover: exactly!!! Teens are always portrayed to be angry, withdrawn, etc. so I will always smile when I pass someone, and when I do they usually brighten up as well!
