Ive been looking for summer jobs recently and i realized that i dont know that much about them in general. I also should say im not looking at typical jobs, ive always been interested in real estate so ive been looking for a summer job in a firm, so that i may learn some things as well as make some cash. Well in my searching ive gotten two offers that seem to pay pretty well but im not sure what to say to the firm i dont want to work in. To be honest I never thought i would be in a decision like this. The one i want to work for pays 15 an hour which is 5 dollers more than the other firm's 10 the hours are also much more flexible and the office enviroment seems more comfterable to me. However i also want to keep the other firm as an option for a possobility in the future. Anyone have advice on what to say.

Sounds like you have already made up your mind as to which job you will take. Think it over very carefully as sometimes money isn't everything. Although, if it is just a summer job and you are not going to make a career out of it then I would go for the money as well.

You can always tell the company you don't want to work for that you still have several more interviews set up and you will not be able to make a decision until these interviews are complete. This lets them know that you are taking the time to choose the right job for you and that you will need some time. Usually, they will be in a hurry to fill a summer position and will probably tell you that by the time you make your decision the position may be filled.

Good Luck!
