Mine was to the USSR, where my parents took me in 1988, to see my grandpa's former farm which he had to leave during WWII when the Russians took the area.

The first trip was YYZ-LHR when I was less than three months old...but of course I can't remember that. The first trip that I can remember is YYZ-HNL-NAN-AKL on a CP 747-200 on a vacation in December 1985. We made that trip again nine months lateron a CP DC-10, but this time we didn't come back for four years

I went to Switzerland and France when I was about 3 months old. We probably flew AA DC10s to Zurich from Chicago and from Paris to Chicago, and then on the San Diego.

I think my first trip abroad was when I was about 6 months to a year old. My mother and my grandmother took me to Finland on a Finnair DC-10-30 (from LAX or SEA I'm not sure)
The first trip I remember myself was in 1989 when we went SFO-LAX (UA) LAX-HEL (AY) HEL-SEA (AY) SEA-SFO (UA 1109)

Belgrade-Sofia-Toronto was my first international trip. Although when I was about 3 I went to Croatia from Serbia which was not international then but would be concidered now. I don't think that counts though.....

Matamoros, Mexico several times as a young lad.
However, I went to France in 1991 pour trois semaines after my sophomore year in HS. That trip truly changed my life for the best

About a 45 minute drive to Downtown Detroit, then across the Ambassador Bridge. We came back through the Detroit/Windsor Tunnel. I did this first when I was about 5.
First trip REALLY abroad was to London, UK over the 2000/01 New Year holiday.
