Some of these emails at the bottom say "click on this link to remove email from list"
Even though what reads out may sound true, be careful and also consider not to click it as some sites will use ur email and instead of unregistering, it will spread out to even more and you'll get loads of porn on the inbox.
Perhaps running Ad-Aware could help get rid of a few of these ad bots on the machine.

Don't even open them.!!!
Doing so alerts them that the address is live and you'll get a ton more.

I also hate when people like "george dai" email me with subject "Where is she?" and inside the email is an ad for Viagra. How does that add up?
